At BraidsbyRofyne, we believe every hairstyle should leave you feeling confident, beautiful, and empowered. We specialise in neat, long-lasting, and professionally finished braids tailored to suit your style and lifestyle.

Booking Policies

Please take a moment to review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. This section covers important information about deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, guests, and appointment preparation to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Cancellations

A 72-hour notice is required prior to cancellation or rescheduling of any service. Cancellations on the same day will result in you paying 50% of the hairstyle.

Payments

A £30 non-refundable deposit is required from all clients to secure and confirm their appointment. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of your appointment with bank transfer. Deposits are nonrefundable.

Guests

For safety and sanitation reasons, no extra guests are allowed.

Hair Extensions

Most extensions (including braiding hair, curls, faux locs, and passion twists) are available upon request. Please contact us to confirm availability. Extension costs are not included in service charges. You may bring your own hair. Colour blending costs an additional £5 per pack. For boho braids or colour blends, please drop off your own curls or braiding hair at least 3 days before your appointment (preferably 1 week). For extension advice or the full address, please contact us via email or DM.

Hair Prep

All hair must be clean, detangled and free of any product (OIL ESPECIALLY). All hair must be at least 4 inches long to achieve your desired style. If your hair is less than 4 inches, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the full payment will be charged to your card.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to your appointment, not late or early. Lateness of 15 minutes or more will lead to a late fee of £20. Being an hour late would result to your appointment being cancelled (your deposit will be forfeited). If for any reasons, I have to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be returned back or rescheduled.
